Prices shown through our online estimator are indicative and provided for guidance. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site or verified measurement. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to change if measurements, materials, or specifications differ.
An order is confirmed once you have approved the final quote and any required deposit has been received. Because our products are custom-made to fit your space, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun.
We handle the measuring, design, and installation as part of our service. Please ensure the installation area is accessible and clear on the scheduled date. Delays caused by inaccessible sites may result in rescheduling fees.
Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
As custom-made products are manufactured specifically for your windows, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or do not match your confirmed order. Please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery to report any issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoBlinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
