1. What Is Covered

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

• Manufacturing defects in the fabric or components.
• Defective operating mechanisms under normal use.
• Faults in workmanship present at the time of installation.

2. What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or aging over time.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper operation.
• Damage from improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals.
• Damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, or exposure to the elements.
• Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by others.
• Measurements or installation performed by parties other than EcoBlinds.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of installation. The exact coverage length depends on the product and options selected, and will be confirmed with your order. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

4. How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

• Your name and order confirmation details.
• A description of the issue.
• Photos of the defect, where possible.

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, repair or replace the affected product at our discretion. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
